After much searching, we have found our new house. Even though we haven't sold our TX house yet, we couldn't pass this house up so we made an offer with a 60 day contingency that our house sells first. They accepted our offer and agreed to waive the 60 days if we would agree to buy no later than June 15th. This is a blessing because we were concerned about losing our earnest money if we didn't sell in 60 days. Now we have a little over 3 months to sell. It is still stressful not knowing what will happen, but we felt like we had to make a move. The only draw back now is we'll have 2 mortgages if we don't sell by June 15th and no way to pay for them both!! Buying and selling houses really is a leap of faith.

We can't wait to get moved in! Please continue to pray that our house sells soon and that we can finally get settled in our new home (which is in Indiana by the way). So much for moving to Kentucky!!
