It's All Coming Together

It appears that our camping days are almost over. We leased the house in TX yesterday for 1 year. We didn't want to have to go that route, but we really didn't have a choice. Our new tenants come highly recommended by their previous landlord, so let's hope they love our house as much as we do.

With that in order, we can proceed with the closing on our house up here. We are very excited to finally get settled. It's hard to believe we have been displaced for nearly 6 months. It looks like we will be closing June 15th, but we are hoping maybe the current owners are closer to being ready and would be willing to close earlier. We aren't holding our breath, but you never know.

So now that we will have a place to stay....who's going to come up and see us first? We'll have the guest room waiting for you and BEAUTIFUL weather. I know those of you enduring the already misereable TX summer will find it quite refreshing. Hotel Konick is now taking reservations!
