Skunk Funk Remover

I found a remedy online to remove the skunk funk from the dog.

Mix 1 qt. hydrogen peroxide
1/4 cup baking soda
1 tsp. dish soap

Apply immediately to the dog and let sit 5-10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.

You can't get this near their face though as it will hurt their eyes, but I read that you can use a douche (yep, you read that right) around their face to remove the odor.

So....

As if my morning wasn't bad enough I had to hide my shame as I put 5 bottles of peroxide and a 4 pack of Massengill douches on the counter at the store this morning! I looked like a woman with SERIOUS issues!

Stupid skunk!
